A call is one successful response from a paid route; errors are free. A call to /v1/events counts as 3 calls. Yearly billing is two months free. Cancel any time from the billing portal; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.

Pay per call with x402

Agents with a wallet need no account: a paid route answers 402 with the payment requirements, an x402 client pays $0.02 in USDC on Base and retries; the events feed costs $0.05 a call. Payment settles only when the response succeeds. Client snippet.

Commercial use is allowed

On every plan, including Free, you may use the data in commercial products, apps, research, reports and automated agents, and show individual values to your own users, as long as each displayed value is attributed to its SEC filing: link to source_url, or name the form, filing date and accession number. You may not resell or redistribute the dataset in bulk or offer it as a competing feed. The full wording is in the terms.

Connected through ChatGPT or Claude?

Accounts made by signing in from an app have no API key of their own and get the plan's included calls with no extra charges. Upgrade them at /upgrade with an emailed code; the same page changes a plan later.
