NetNest Design Fundamentals API: Terms of Service Last updated 2026-10-20 These terms govern your use of the NetNest Design Fundamentals API at api.netnestdesign.com (the "Service"), operated by NetNest Design LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. 1. What the Service is The Service returns company financial data taken from filings made with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), normalized into a common format, with the source filing identified for each value. 2. Not investment advice Data from SEC filings. Not investment advice. The Service provides data only. Nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and we are not a broker, dealer or investment adviser. You are responsible for your own decisions. 3. Commercial use of returned data You may use the data the Service returns to you for any lawful purpose, including in commercial products, apps, research, reports and automated agents, and you may show individual values to your own users. When you display or publish returned data, attribute each value to its SEC source filing: link to the filing (the source_url field), or name its form, filing date and accession number. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the dataset in bulk, meaning a substantial part of the normalized data, including a database built by systematically downloading the Service, and you may not offer it as a competing data feed or API. The SEC filings themselves are public records; these limits apply to our normalized dataset and derived values, not to the filings. 4. Accuracy and availability We take the data from SEC filings and check a sample of companies against their own filings every day, but filings can contain errors, companies restate figures, and our processing can be wrong. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Verify any value against the linked filing before relying on it. 5. Rate limits Each plan has the request rate and call limits listed in the documentation, and unauthenticated requests are limited per address. Do not exceed or work around these limits, for example by spreading calls across keys or addresses. We may slow or refuse requests over a limit. 6. Accounts and keys A free account needs a valid email address. Keep your API key secret; you are responsible for activity under your key. You can rotate or revoke a key, or delete your account, at any time through the API. 7. Acceptable use Do not: share keys to pool usage; probe, disrupt or attack the Service; or use it to break any law. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms. 8. Payment Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, monthly or yearly, with usage above the included calls billed at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Per call payments made with the x402 protocol settle in USDC on the Base network only for successful responses and are final. Prices are listed in the documentation and may change with notice for future periods. 9. SEC data, trademarks and our content The underlying SEC filings are public records. Company names and tickers are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the companies; NetNest Design LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Our normalization, derived values, documentation, software and site content are our work and are protected by copyright. Copyright 2026 NetNest Design LLC. All rights reserved. We monitor use of the Service for abuse and security. 10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent the law allows, NetNest Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or trading losses, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim. 11. Changes We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. 12. Contact registrations@netnestdesign.com NetNest Design LLC
