# NetNest Design Fundamentals API

> Company fundamentals from SEC 10-K and 10-Q filings, with the source filing on every number: revenue, net income, EPS, operating income, assets, liabilities, equity, cash, operating cash flow, capex, free cash flow and shares outstanding. Annual, quarterly and trailing twelve months. Data from SEC filings. Not investment advice.

Key facts:
* "Latest" is the most recent period end for the requested period type, with correct fiscal years for companies like Apple, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Walmart, Oracle and Costco.
* Every value includes form, filing date, accession number, SEC link and XBRL concept. Calculated values are marked derived with their inputs. Missing values are null with a reason.
* Free API key: 100 calls a day once your email is verified (10 before). Paid plans: Starter $19 a month (10,000 calls), Pro $49 a month (50,000 calls), Scale $99 a month (200,000 calls). Agents can also pay $0.02 a call in USDC on Base with x402, no account needed.
* SEC filing events feed: 8-K items, Form 4 insider transactions and Schedule 13D and 13G stakes across every company, newest first, within about a minute of EDGAR, with a cursor to poll on. The head route is free.
